At PawfectHomes, we do not deliver physical products. Instead, our platform facilitates the responsible rehoming and adoption of pets across India. Therefore, the term "delivery" refers to the adoption confirmation, listing processing, medical documentation, and associated digital communication services provided after successful payments.

For Pet Adoption:

• Once payment of the ₹499 adoption guarantee fee is confirmed, the adopter receives:
   
  • A digital adoption certificate via email within 15–30 minutes.
     
  • Access to the pet's medical history and prescription via secure email download.
     
  • Removal of the adopted pet from the available list to prevent duplication.

• Upon receiving the listing fee (₹1499 or ₹2698 for priority listing), the pet is:
   
  • Verified via OTP email to ensure legitimacy.
     
  • Listed on our platform within 15–60 minutes, subject to verification.
     
  • Placed in the appropriate section (top of list if marked urgent).
     

• All post-payment confirmations are sent via email to the address provided during the transaction.

• No physical delivery or courier is initiated by PawfectHomes. All documents, confirmations, and assets are delivered digitally.
   
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the email ID entered is correct for smooth delivery of digital content.
   
• We reserve the right to delay or cancel a listing/adoption if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
